ICS 2024: International Conference on Supercomputing

This webpage describes the procedure for submitting camera-ready manuscripts.

First, please note the following differences from the manuscript submitted for peer review, and reflect these differences in your camera-ready manuscript.

• Page limits:
  • The manuscript for peer review is 11 pages (not including references) plus unlimited references, but the camera-ready manuscript is 11 pages (including figures, tables, acknowledgments, etc., not including references) plus up to 1 page of references, for a total of 12 pages maximum.
  • You can purchase up to two extra pages and the fee is 12,000 JPY (approximately 80 USD) per page. In other words, the maximum page limit becomes 14 pages with extra pages.

• Page formats:
  • The manuscript format for peer review is the IEEE format, but for preparing camera-ready papers, you are required to strictly follow the ACM's instructions. This means using the template files which include the ACM class file, which can be found here.

The submission of camera-ready manuscripts consists of the following steps.

Please complete all steps no later than April 22nd, 2024 AOE.

1. Complete your e-Rights form first.
Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will receive an email from rightsreview@acm.org regarding the copyright transfer (check your spam settings if you do not receive it). Please indicate on the e-rights form which copyright form you would like to select. If payment is required (Open Access is selected), please complete the payment. If you do not complete this step, you will not receive an e-mail with the DOI or the TAPS link, and you will not be able to proceed to step 2 and beyond. Please complete this step first.
2. Add the complete rights text and bibliographic strip to your camera-ready manuscript.
After completing their e-Rights form, authors will be emailed the complete rights text and bibliographic strip that must be added to their paper. Please add them to your camera-ready manuscript.
3. Upload your camera-ready manuscript to The ACM Publishing System (TAPS).
Authors who have successfully completed their e-Rights forms will be instructed to upload their source files directly to The ACM Production System (TAPS). Please see TAPS Workflow for more detail and complete the upload to TAPS.

Once again, we remind you that all of these steps must be completed by April 22nd, 2024 AOE . In other words, please make sure that your manuscript has been approved by TAPS by the deadline.
