NOTICE

Please note that breakfast is not provided at the conference venue. In Kyoto, many hotels and ryokans are famous for their delicious breakfasts. We encourage you to either choose an accommodation plan that includes breakfast or to explore the city for local breakfast options.

Directions

The conference venue is located in the Yoshida Campus (Buildings numbered 3 at Main Campus) of Kyoto University.
Therefore, you need to go to JR Kyoto Station first, and then take a bus, train or cab to get there.

    2. An easy and recommended route to Kyoto Station is to take a limousine bus from Kansai International Airport (KIX) or Osaka International Airport (ITM), as shown below. Of course, there are other ways to get there, so please refer to this page for details.



  2. How to get to the conference venue from JR Kyoto Station

    • Bus: Take the 206 City Bus and get off at the Kyodai Seimon-mae (Kyoto Univerisity) stop. From there, it is a five-minute walk. For directions, please refer to this page.

    • Train: The nearest station to the venue (15 min. on foot) is Demachiyanagi. See the route.

    • Taxi: Uber is available in Kyoto.

If you wish to stay at one of these hotels or inns, please send an email to ais_at_rainbowt.jp (replace '_at_' with @) with the following information by

April 24th (AOE).

However, the number of rooms is limited, so we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a reservation. Hotel reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
